Carving Out Your Devotion Time

Over the years and mentoring women I have often gotten the question or the remarks they just don't have the time. Or they can't figure out when they will be able to have their Jesus time. As much as I get it being a mom of 5 and a wife this can't be your crutch or justification. Jesus wants to meet with you on a daily basis and be invited into every part of your life including being a mom and wife.  Today I am hoping you will find some practical tips on how to carve out devotion time for yourself. Remember moms you can't pour from something you don't have. Being a mom and a wife takes a lot of work and leading from the Holy Spirit. I've always told people that I have had a spirit led parenting role. There were things I did unconventional, but were some of the most effective ways. It all came from my time with the Lord and sitting at the feet of Jesus.  I will start with when my kids were just babies and littles. I woke up early before them or stayed up later tha

Not Your Usual Salvation Story

So I thought it would be fun to share my salvation story. I haven't shared it with many others in public just in private. Mine is not one like many others. It's actually quite different than most peoples. I feel like it's kind of been the rhythm of God with me though. So here it goes.  In 2004 I decided to move to Texas, but the move wouldn't happen for at least 6-9 months. I was planning on moving in the summer of 2005, however come January of 2005 I just knew I needed to move sooner. I needed to live on my own and stand on my own two feet.  So I decided to make the move. In the midst of it all is when I met my now husband of 16 years. I promise you he is part of this story. At the time we both lived very secular. Both raised with faith and beliefs, but weren't living what we were taught. It was kind of like that part of our beliefs were put on a back burner.  After we moved in together it was kind of like our house became party central. I had 2 young kids not from

The Vault

Today as I was praying I saw like a vault and I heard the lord speak to my heart and say oh my child he thought he was trapping you in an empty vault with fire, but he didn't know the door swung the opposite way. This is the trap of the enemy and prayer.  The enemy - Satan will try to trap you. He will try to trick you and use things that are tempting to you. For some it could be money or a place with lots of potential. In a vault in a bank that is prime and one of the most tempting things to someone who needs money, but our prayers they work against those temptations.  Prayers are words spoken out and declaring life over our situations. It's prophesy. It's prophetic. We don't always know how or when they come to pass, but that is what faith is for. We press in and hope each day. Each day we are a little bit closer to our promises. We are closer to see those prayers manifest.  Don't give in or give up on what you pray and don't counter react those prayers by spe

Welcome!

Welcome to my blog. My name is Juanita Espinosa. I am a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. I am also a certified Life Coach. I coach women mostly how to live a life on a plant based diet, and to reverse their hormones specifically with PCOS, and sugar balancing. I live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with my sweet family where we have been since August 2015. It's home to us right now.  For years God has pressed it upon my heart to write a blog dedicated to biblical wisdom, scripture and revelations for Women. I have really dreaded it and even pushed back, because I thought I had to have it all perfect. The perfect site, the perfect time, launching, and it had to look a certain way.  Over the past year God has shown me it doesn't have to be perfect I just have to start. In the past month God has been leading me more and more away from social media especially Facebook. I don't worry how this will get into the hands of others, because I know God is infinite and will deli
